Kris Zeiter


Kris comes to Laguna Beach Volleyball Club after many years of volleyball experience. Starting in 1998 to 2004, Kris was the Head Women’s and Assistant Men’s Coach at Concordia College-New York. At Concordia, he helped guide the men’s team to 3 consecutive EIVA championship games losing to eventual champ, Penn State, all three years.

Kris then proceeded to be the Head Coach at Iona College in New Rochelle, NU, from 2004-2006. There he led the team to the first ever MAAC Championship and first ever NCAA tournament appearance in 2004.

From 2006-2012, he was the Head Coach at Seton Hall University in the Big East Conference. He led the team to the first Big East tournament appearance in over 15 years in 2010. He then guided Seton Hall to 3 consecutive Big East tournament appearances from 2010-2012.

He owned and operated his own club for 10 years. Kris currently resides in Laguna Niguel with his wife, Brooke and his two daughters, Lucy (10) and Sophie (9).
